Terry Lee Lewis, age 56 and a resident of Valley View, Texas passed away October 20, 2011.

He was born in Dallas, Texas to Melvin and Barbara Lewis on July 20, 1955.

Terry is survived by his wife, Dei Lewis; son, Justin Lewis and wife Andrea; parents, Melvin and Barbara Lewis; 2 brothers, Mickey Lewis and wife Sandi and Johnny Lewis; sister, B.J. Gardner; and 3 grandchildren, Cayden, Keaton and Colton Lewis.

A visitation was held at Dalton and Son Funeral Home in Lewisville, Texas on Sunday, October 23, 2011 from 12 p.m. - 4 p.m.
