MARK, ROSS F. (Age 80)

On Friday, July 14, 2006 at his residence in Washington, DC. He is survived by his beloved wife, Charmayne Marsh; four children, Chris Mark of Damascus, MD, Lisbeth Mark of New York City, NY, Trina Gesell of Myersville, MD and Julia Mark of Ukiah, CA; 12 grandchildren, one great-grandson; and brothers, Warren Mark and Tony Mark; and sister, Nancy Michel, who reside in Australia. Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m., Tuesday, July 18, at Rock Creek Cemetery, Rock Creek Church Rd. and Webster St., N.W. Call (202) 829-0585 for directions. Reception follows in the Parish Hall. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date at the National Press Club. Mark was a foreign correspondent for Reuters and the retired Washington bureau chief of the London Daily Express.
