OBITUARY

Rebecca's obituary
Rebecca Lynne Mason, 70, was peacefully called home to our Heavenly Father on Wednesday, October 30th, 2019 where she was surrounded by family and loved ones.

Becky was born on April 26th, 1949 to Mary Ann and Robert Lee Adams in Kermit, Texas. She was raised in Farmers Branch, Texas with her sister Martha Ann LaRoux. She attended R.L. Turner High School, where she met the love of her life, Bill Mason, and they married in May of 1968.

Together they had two daughters, Staci and Cori. Becky spent most of her daughter’s early childhood as a stay at home mom until she became more involved with the family business, Masons Pet Inn, moving her and her family to Dallas, Texas. Becky retired from employment in Dallas and moved to East Texas to be closer to her daughters and grandchildren. East Texas would also be where she found a love and passion for her work at Reflections Wig Salon in Tyler, Texas. This was a place she was able to express her passion for empowering women and helping others for the last 7 years. Becky will be remembered as compassionate, fun-loving, loyal, and independent.

She is proceeded in death by her parents Mary Ann and Robert Lee Adams. She is survived by sister Martha Laroux and husband, Joe; daughters, Staci and husband, Louis Barham, Cori and her husband, Brigg Miller, and bonus daughter, Felicia Wells; grandchildren, Anthony, Bayley, Niki, Austin, Katlyn, and Tifanie; and great-granddaughter, Akira. Along with a niece and nephew, cousins, extended family, and friends.

Family, friends, and others whom were touched by Becky are invited to reminisce, show support, and celebrate her life on Saturday, November 16th at 11:00 am.
