MCLOUGHLIN
FRANK A. was born on March 22, 1951 in Dallas, Texas and was taken to be with the Lord after a fatal automobile accident on May 18, 2002. Frank is survived by his Mother and Stepfather Edith and Rufus R. Meredith; Sisters Pat Ehmer and husband Dale, and Cheryl Ashford and husband Windell Ray; Brothers Mike McLoughlin and wife Julie, and Walter McLoughlin and wife Debra; Nephews and Nieces Dale Jr., Nichole, Windell, Mason, Taylor, Michael Tyler, and Kelty and numerous other loved family members Frank was a  member of Prestonwood Baptist Church. He was involved in numerous ministries including the Pregnancy Crisis Center, feeding the homeless, prison ministries, and numerous worldwide ministries and volunteer services. He was a real man of faith and touched many lives and his impact will be felt for many years to come. He continues to be a source of pride and inspiration for his family. A visitation will be held on Monday, May 20 from12-4 p.m. at Rhoton Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, May 21 at 3 p.m. in the Rhoton Funeral Home Chapel with interment to follow at Hilltop Memorial Park.
