OBITUARY Sherman Wayne McManus a
resident of Aubrey, TX for the past six months after moving from Little Elm, TX
where they lived for the past 30 years. He passed away on Thursday, November 8,
2007 at the age of 56. Sherman was born on January 6, 1951 in Farmers Branch, TX
to Sherman Hanes and Dorthie (Robinson) McManus. He married Sherry Green on
January 9, 1974 in Dallas, TX. Sherman was a member of the Colony Church of
Christ. His parents precede him in death.
Sherman is survived by his wife Sherry, of the home; one son, Robert Shane
Bumpass of The Colony, TX; parents, mother & father-in-law Donna & W.T. Green of
Hugo, OK; one brother, James Coleman McManus of Farmers Branch, TX; one sister,
Mary Miller of Farmers Branch, TX; and one grandchild, Kyle Shane Bumpass of The
Colony, TX.
Funeral arrangements; Prater-Lampton-Mills & Coffey Chapel.
Service; Tuesday, November 13, 2007 at 2 p.m. Officiating Elder Ken Gunwall.
Interment; Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Hugo, OK. Visitation; Family will receive
friends Monday, November 12, 2007 from 6-8 p.m. @ the Prater-Lampton-Mills &
Coffey Chapel in Hugo, OK 580-326-6464.
