Mayor Miller has resided in Carrollton for over 29 years. She attended Western Kentucky University and is currently the Governmental Affairs Manager for IESI, TX Corporation. She enjoys spending time with her husband, 2 daughters and granddaughter.

Mayor Miller was elected Mayor of Carrollton in May of 2005.  In the 2008 election, she was defeated for re-election by Mayor Ron Branson.
