Miller Obituary
Kevin Scott Miller, a beloved father, son, brother, and friend, passed
away on June 21, 2025, at the age of 58. He was born on September 3,
1966, in Austin, Texas, to Cyrus "Buzz" Miller and Gloria Dianne Miller.
Kevin graduated from R.L. Turner High School, where he excelled as a
wide receiver on the football team. He went on to earn a bachelor's
degree from the University of Texas at Dallas. He built a successful
career in Information Technology, working in the field for many years.
Kevin loved the outdoors-especially hunting and fishing. He was an avid
sports fan and found great joy in watching his sons play. Known for his
sharp wit and big laugh, Kevin had a great sense of humor and could
light up a room with his stories and jokes.
He is survived by his sons, Hunter Miller and Beau Miller; their mom
Kathy Miller, his grandson, Gage Miller; his father, Cyrus "Buzz"
Miller; his mother, Dianne Miller; his sister, Michelle Herron, and her
husband, Kevin Herron.
Kevin will be remembered for his love of family, his adventurous spirit,
and the way he made others laugh. He leaves behind memories that will be
treasured by all who knew him.
We have peace knowing that Kevin is with his Lord and Savior Jesus
Christ, and we will see him again in eternity.
A memorial service will be held on July 11, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at North
Dallas Funeral Home, 2710 Valley View Lane, Farmers Branch, TX 75234.
