Jerry Milligan April 9, 1941 - December 21, 2011) Jerry Milligan Jerry Milligan, age 70, of Lewisville, Texas, passed away Wednesday, December 21, 2011, in Plano. He was born April 9, 1941 in Slidell, Texas to Johnnie Lee Milligan and Willie Mae Lewis Milligan. He graduated from Lewisville High School in 1959. Jerry is survived by his four children, Dan Milligan, Cheryl Blankman, Tamra VanHorn and Misty Peterson; seven grandchildren and sisters, Eileen Busby and Margie Grimes. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Connie and a brother Bobby. A graveside service will be held 3:00 p.m. Monday, December 26, 2011, at Furneaux Cemetery in Carrollton. Services for Jerry Milligan, 70, a former resident of the Cedar Creek Lake area, were held Dec. 26, 2011, at Furneaux Cemetery in Carrollton under the direction of Mulkey-Mason Funeral Home of Lewisville.
Milligan was born April 9, 1941, in Slidell, to Willie Mae Lewis and Johnnie Lee Milligan and died Dec. 21, 2011, in Plano.
He graduated from Lewisville High School in 1959.
He was preceded in death by one daughter and one brother.
Survivors include his children, Dan Milligan, Cheryl Blankman, Tamra VanHorn and Misty Peterson; seven grandchildren; sisters Eileen Busby and Margie Grimes.
