Diana Mills Arlington, Texas September 23, 1959 - April 19, 2021 Diana Mills, 61, passed away on Monday, April 19, 2021 in Fort Worth. Memorial Service: 11:30 a.m. Saturday, April 24, at Lake Church, 2912 Little Rd., Arlington. Diana was born on September 23, 1959 in Waco Texas to Jose Rios and Clara Garcia. She was raised in Carrollton, attended R.L. Turner High School and graduated from Arlington Career Institute. Diana lived in Baltimore, Abilene and the DFW area. She was a spit fire and free spirit. Diana loved the beach, traveling, pool and poker. She was preceded in death by her mother, Clara Garcia; father, Jose F. Rios; and brother, Jose A. Rios. Survivors: Son, Justin Bilyeu; daughter, Heather Craig; son-in-love, David Craig; grandchildren, Abel and Luna Bilyeu, Chase, Corben and David Craig; sister and brother-in-law, Nellie and Timothy Berry; sister, Rosie O'Neal; nephews, Iric, Samuel, Stephen, and Nathaniel; niece, Valerie (Vance); great-nephews and numerous cousins.
