OBITUARY

WAYNE MINTER
MINTER, WAYNE "Pepaw" beloved husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather, was welcomed home by the Lord on Sunday, November 16, 2003. He was born September 9, 1917 in Red River County. Wayne was a devoted Christian and a longtime member of Webb Chapel Baptist Church. He retired from Elm Fork after 35 years. Surviving family includes his loving wife Mozell, of nearly 66 years; four children Harold Minter and wife Jane, Frances Dickerson and husband Bill, Linda McFall and husband Glenn, Brinda Moore and husband Rodney; one brother Milton Minter; two sisters Merlene Chaney and Jean Ogletree; eight grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren, and numerous friends. He was preceded in death by an infant son, Jackie Ray and one grandson, Trace McFall. The family will receive friends Tuesday, November 18, 2003 between 7:00-9:00 PM at North Dallas Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM, Wednesday, November 19, 2003 at Webb Chapel Baptist Church in Farmers Branch. Rev. Ronald Morgan and Rev. Gayle Starrett officiating. Interment will follow at Hilltop Memorial Park in Carrollton, Texas. In lieu of flowers please make donations to Webb Chapel Baptist Church in Memory of Wayne Minter.
