OBITUARY
 
Hector Montero
Hector Montero, was born July 7, 1950 to Lupe and Rachel Montero and passed away on July 7, 2010 in Dallas, Texas. Graduate of R. L. Tuner High School and Dallas Baptist University. Hector worked for Exxon Mobil for 34 years as a computer specialist. Preceded in death by his mother, Rachel Montero. Hector was a loving, selfless father, son, brother, and grandfather and will be missed by his family. Survived by his father, Lupe Montero Sr.; children, Joshua and Kari Montero, Jennifer Montero and Jessica Montero; sisters, Hilda Palma, Rachel Sanchez and Stephanie Booth; brother, Lupe Montero Jr.; grandchildren, Tony, Alex and Harleigh. Visitation 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. Friday at Sparkman/Hillcrest Funeral Home. Funeral service 10:00 a.m. Saturday at Sparkman/Hillcrest Northwest Hwy. Chapel, Rev. Frank Diaz, officiating. Interment to follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
