OBITUARY
 
Janet Jean Nadeau, 44, returned to the Lord on Tuesday, July 29, 2014, at her home in Fort Worth.
Service: 10 a.m. Saturday at Lucas Funeral Home, 137 E. Hill St., Keller. Interment: Bourland Cemetery. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Janet Nadeau was born Dec. 19, 1969, to Rick Fortner and Anne Harper in Fort Belvoir, Va. She was the older sister of Marianne Cloer. Janet was married to Arthur Fisher on Aug. 26, 1989, and later gave birth to her only son, Aaron. She later divorced and married Alan Nadeau on May 17, 1997.
Janet loved to travel and cared for animals. She enjoyed spending time with her extended family, and was an avid "Law and Order: SVU" fan.
Survivors: Her loving husband, Alan; mother, Anne and stepfather, David Harper; father, Rick and stepmother, Gina Fortner; sisters, Marianne Cloer and her husband, Lonnie, and Cathy Anne Dailey and her husband, Mike; brother, Matthew Fortner; son, Aaron Fisher; stepsons, Jason Vanbenthuysen and his wife, Maleka, and Noah Nadeau and his wife, Michaela; granddaughter, Oaklee Fisher, stepgrandchildren, Michael Vanbenthuysen, Christopher Vanbenthuysen, Brandon Vanbenthuysen and Patrick Nadeau; and countless loving nieces, nephews and in-laws.
