In Memory of
Mike W. Nance
February 1, 1959 - August 7, 2012

"This is to announce the passing of Michael William Nance , on August 7, 2012 at the age 53. Mike was born in Dallas on February 1, 1959. He was a life long resident of Carrollton, Texas. He graduated from R.L. Turner High School. Mike was a recently retired longtime employee from the Carrollton Water Department where he enjoyed many productive years of service. He enjoyed and was an avid sportsman and hunter. He was preceded in death by his father Carol Nance. He is survived by his mother Freda Nance, wife Leslie Nance, son Brian Nance, brother Steve Barre and his wife Marilyn, sister Marsha Daughetee and her husband James; nieces and nephew: Renee', Jamie, Matthew, Katherine, Kristen, Kari, Kayleigh, Genessee, Alannah, and Naomi."

Following the service, the family invites you to gather at the home of Leslie and Brian' Nance.

Carrollton man dies in one-vehicle in Eastland County

A Carrollton man died Tuesday after a one-vehicle crash in Eastland County, according to a statement from the Department of Public Safety.

Michael William Nance, 53, was pronounced dead near mile marker 343 on Interstate 20 at 2:22 p.m. Tuesday, said Senior Trooper Sparky Dean.
