Perry Needham Injured

When a Mack truck he was working on fell upon him while making repairs on it in Mocking Bird Lane Tuesday Perry Needham was most seriously, tho not fatally injured.  Perry had the rear part of the truck jacked up and was putting in a new axle when the jack broke and the truck fell on him and crushed him in the middle of his body breaking the pelvic bone and splinters off the bone puncturing the bladder.
He was carried to St. Paul Sanitarium where Dr. A. E. Thomison is caring for him. The doctor states that Perry has good chances for recovery but has many months of hospital ahead of him and will have to be well cared for. Needham is brother-in-law of Dell Smith and Tom Breedlove of Carrollton.
