NELSON , BLAIR EUGENE 47. Born on August 16, 1960, he departed this life on September 2, 2007 at his home. He leaves behind his parents, Eugene and Marilyn Nelson ; a sister, Gina Nelson ; a brother, Stacy Nelson , and a niece, Christy Russell. He is preceded in death by a sister, Mary Kay Nelson .
