Saundra was born February 20, 1942 in Dallas, Texas to Millie Waureen Holliman and Issac Frock Kennedy.
She attend school in Carrollton, Texas. Married James H. Nobles February 7, 1968 in Garland, Texas. Had four children, each and every one a gift from God. Moved to New York when was 25 and remained there for 32 years. Retired to Albany, Texas 2001 and remodeled Jim's mom home and resided there.
