OBITUARY
DAVID
NOELL
Noell, David W. Died suddenly on Friday morning, March 9, 2012 in his
70th year. A descendant of two early Dallas County pioneer families, who
arrived in the Peters Colony in the mid 19th century and founded the
towns of Addison (formerly known as Noell Junction) and Farmers Branch.
David was a graduate of the old Carrollton High School and the
University of Texas at Arlington with a degree in Mechanical
Engineering. He was involved in entrepreneurial and real estate
activities throughout his life. He was the son of the late Milton J.
Noell and the late Adelaide Albaugh Noell; father of Matthew David Noell
and Melissa Etienne and her husband, David; grandfather of Chelsie
Alexandra Noell, Bryan Noell Etienne, Austin Mitchell Etienne and Lauren
Nicole Etienne; brother of Robert Noell. David is also survived by
special longtime friend, Teri Chapin. Friends are invited to a
visitation with the family on Wednesday evening, March 14, 2012 from 5
until 7 o'clock at the Old Frankford Church, 17400 Muirfield Drive,
Dallas (Bent Tree) and where the funeral service will be conducted on
Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock, March 15th. Interment will follow in
the adjoining historic
Frankford Cemetery. The family suggests that memorials be directed
to the Frankford Cemetery Association, 5600 West Lovers Lane, Suite 116,
Box 132, Dallas, Texas 75209. |
