Penny Ourng of Carrollton, Texas, died January 12, 2013. He was 30 years old.

Penny was born August 4, 1982, in Dallas, Texas. He loved to fish and to cook and enjoyed listening to country music. He loved his family and friends and was generous with a huge heart.

He is survived by his parents, Phich Ann & Sameth Lach Ourng of Carrollton; brothers, Yean and Ming Ourng of Carrollton; and extended family and friends.

Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. on Friday, January 18, 2013, in the Brooks Family Chapel at North Dallas Funeral Home, 2710 Valley View Lane, Farmers Branch, TX 75234. Funeral Service: 11 a.m. on Saturday, January 19, 2013 at the funeral home. Burial will follow immediately after the service in Forest Lawn Cemetery in Dallas.
