BELLS - Paul Owen died on Wednesday, December 31, 2014 at Texoma Medical Center. Upon Paul's wishes he was cremated. He is survived by his wife Ruth Owen of Bells, brother Jim Owen of Denison and sister Sherry Diane Taylor of Grandbury.
