Vicky was born January 3, 1951, in Sweetwater. She graduated from R.L. Turner High School in Carrollton. She worked for Ace Hardware Distribution Center in Arlington for over 20 years.
Vicky was preceded in death by her mother, Alice Romer.
Survivors: Daughter, Kristin Villanueva and husband, Brett; grandsons, Zachary and Alexander Villanueva; father, Howard Romer; and brother, Phil Romer.
