Michael Scott Parker of East Texas was born January 15, 1953 in Dallas,
TX and passed away February 7, 2019 in Tyler, TX.
Scott was strong in his faith and proud of his life’s calling. He gave
over 20 years of devotion to the
Carrollton Fire Department
as both a firefighter and an inspector before his retirement.
Scott is preceded in death by his father, R.M. “Mike” Parker. He is
survived by his mother, Mildred Parker; his sister, Brenda Bond and
husband, Gary; his nephew, Matt Bond and wife, Cheyenne; and his niece,
Rebecca Bond.
Funeral services for Scott will be at 10:00 am Monday, February 11, 2019
at Restland Wildwood Chapel in Dallas.
Funeral arrangement have been faithfully entrusted to Restland Funeral
Home and Cemetery, 13005 Greenville Avenue, at Restland Road, Dallas,
