Burial: Furneaux Cemetery, Carrollton, Texas. Visitation: 6 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at Forest Ridge Funeral Home, with a prayer service to begin at 8 p.m. Esperanza was born on October 6, 1937 in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. She was preceded in death by a son, Juan Sergio Pena. Survivors: Her loving husband, Juan F. Pena; sons, Fidel Pena, Leonardo Custodio; daughters, Berty Custodio, Adriana Araya, and Matilde Bourne; brothers, Luis Andujar and Ramon Etanislao; sisters, Luisa Manzano and Nicolinita Etanislao; and grandchildren, Berty Morales, Erica Custodio, Hilary Leal, Kathy Custodio, Cristian Araya, Jaquira Custodio, Timmel Pena, Jimel Pena, and Sergio Pena.
