OBITUARY

Miss Perry Dies; Was Designer

CARROLLTON, Texas - Miss Annie Shelton Perry, 71, of 1104 College Ave., a millinery designer for Barron Bros. of Dallas, died Monday in Dallas.

Miss Perry, a descendant of an early Dallas County family, was a native of Carrollton. She was a member and pianist and Sunday school teacher at the Highland Baptist Church here.

She was a charter member of the Carrollton Garden Club and won the first sweepstakes and tricolor award given by the club.

Survivors: two brothers, Robert Perry of Dallas and Burnett Perry of Carrollton; and two sisters, Mrs. Myrtle Padgett of Carrollton and Mrs. Alfreda Parkey of Krum, Denton County.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday in the Highland Baptist Church here with burial in the Perry Cemetery here.
