OBITUARY
C. Leland Perry
Funeral services for C. Leland Perry, 65, of 514 S. Buckner, a retired Dallas
fireman, will be held at 2 p.m. Monday in the Rhoton Weiland-Merritt Funeral
Chapel in Carrollton. Burial will be in
Perry Cemetery in Carrollton.
Born in Carrollton, Perry had lived in Dallas County all his life. He joined the
Dallas fire department when he was 21 and retired in 1953.
Perry was a member of the Dallas Masonic Lodge, Hella Temple, Old Union Baptist
Church in Carrollton and the Fireman and Policeman's Band.
Survivors: A daughter, Mrs. Betty Jo Allen of Dallas; a son, Jimmie Perry of
Grapevine; two brothers, Henry W. Perry and E. Guy Perry of Carrollton; two
sisters, Mrs. Vera Lowry and Mrs. Gladys Kelley of Carrollton and four
grandchildren.
