MICHAEL WESLEY PICKARD, 54, of Lake Dallas, TX. Michael passed away at 12:45pm on Saturday, May 24, 2003. He was born in Dallas & lived in Lake Dallas. He was a graduate of R. L. Turner High School, Carrollton. Mike was awarded the honor of Eagle Scout. He was a member of the Church of Christ. Preceded in death by parents, Ruby Mae Headrick & Melvin R. Pickard and stepmother, Wanda K. Pickard. Survived by brother, James Pickard of Henderson, NV; nephews, James Pickard, Jr. of Alaska & David C. Pickard of Germany; niece, Dana Ashbaker of CA; many other family members & close friends. Visitation will begin Tuesday morning at Byrum Funeral Home. Family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 7 to 9 at funeral home. Graveside service 2:00 pm Wednesday, May 28 at Rawlins Cemetery. Pallbearers: Marty Kinsler, Maj.
