OBITUARY
QUISENBERRY
CHARLES ALBERT, born October 13, 1931 in Pecan Gap, Texas and passed away
January 12, 2005 in Plano, TX. Charles was a life member of the Masons and also
a member of the Shriners and the Scottish Rite. He was a football and track
coach for 27 ears in the Richardson ISD, St. Marks School of Texas and Newman
Smith High School. He was preceded in death by his brother, Sammy Quisenberry,
and sister Margaret Shaw. Charles is survived by his wife of 47 years, Martha
Quisenberry; daughter, Melanie Phillips and her husband Michael; son, Kendall
Quisenberry and his wife Lynn; grandchildren, Amy and Emily Phillips, and Clark
and Davis Quisenberry; sisters, Mary Samford and her husband Joe, and Sue Conner
and her husband Jerry; and a host of nieces and nephews. The family will
received friends at the Sparkman Funeral Home Friday, January 14, 2005 from 7:00
to 9:00 pm. Services will be held 2:00 pm, Saturday, January 15 at the Heights
Baptist Church, 201 W. Renner Rd. in Richardson, TX, Dr. Gary Singleton and Rev
Clayton Oliphant, officiating. Interment will follow at Restland Memorial Park
in Dallas, TX. Any child whose life Charles has touched will be an honorary
pallbearer. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Marks School of
Texas, Richardson High School Booster Club, or the Alzheimer's Association.
