MEMORIAM I am saddened to share, my brother, Timothy Ray Ragan, passed this morning.05/18/2025 He succumbed to liver cancer after a late diagnosis. While a lifelong fighter, this fight was lost. He, also, would never hesitate to help someone in need! Like us all he had his faults, but, a heart of gold by those that really knew him. He will be missed!   ... Michael K. Ragan
