FARMERS BRANCH - Billie Harris Randolph, 65, died Friday, Jan. 10,
1997.
  
Services will be at 2 p.m. today in Rhoton Funeral Home at Carrollton with the Rev. Marshall Johnson and Jeff Beacon, chaplain, officiating. Burial will be in Hilltop Memorial Park at Carrollton.
  
Mrs. Randolph was born in Addison.
 
Survivors include her husband, Toppie L. Randolph; two daughters, Pamela Lussier and Kim Chisum; her mother, Mary Brookshire; a sister, Jane Thompson; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
