OBITUARY
 
Pistol Rawdon Jr.

Pistol Rawdon Jr. passed away Monday, December 14, 2020 in Denton, Texas. He was born in Dallas, Texas to Thomas Rawdon Sr. and Norrie Rawdon on March 25, 1963.

Pistol was first and foremost a salesman, starting his career early with Dalworth, later AltaMere, then moving on to Event Coordinator for the Carl Parker Seminar Group, Recruiter for Texas Chiropractic College and Sales Consultant for ScripHessco.

He was a fanatic Dallas Cowboy fan and despaired when they lost. He loved to dance, play Texas Hold Em, golf and "touch football". He was a force to be reckoned with and lived life to the fullest his way. He had a great love for life, his family, his friends. He never met a stranger and never failed to help someone in need. Most who met him remembered "Pistol".

A memorial service will be held at 1:00 PM, Sunday, December 27, 2020 at DeBerry Funeral Directors. A separate memorial will take place at 1:00 PM, January 9, 2021 at Lone Star Cemetery in Clarksville, Texas with Brother Don Shovan officiating.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to The Pistol Rawdon Memorial Scholarship Fund Texas Chiropractic College for a graduating senior to establish their practice. To make a donation please call 817-220-9100.

He is preceded in death by his father, niece Kelly, aunt Jackie and cousin Linda.

Pistol is survived by his mother, Norrie Rawdon, brother Tim Rawdon, children Michaela, Brittni and "Trey" Rawdon, III, half-sisters Lauren and Shannon and girlfriend Laurel King. He is further survived by many loving family members in the Rawdon family, in the Christopher family, in the Bonds family and in the Downing family.
