OBITUARY
 Richard W. Rice
Rice, Richard W. (Double) Born April 17th, 1961 in Dallas, Texas. He
passed away on April 14th, 2009, at the age of 47. He was preceded in
death by his parents David and Geneva Rice. He is survived by his
brothers David and Bill, sisters Cindy and Kathy and his girlfriend
Carol. He graduated from R.L. Turner High School. He served his country
honorably in the U.S. Navy. He then went on to have a long and
successful career with Dolco Packaging. He loved reading and writing
poetry. Double was a motorcycle enthusiast and enjoyed taking road
trips. Double also loved a good game of chess. He was much loved by all
who knew him and will be greatly missed. Visitation will be Friday April
17th, 2009 from 2-4pm.The funeral will be Saturday April 18th, 2009 at
12 noon. Services and viewing are both at Sparkman-Hillcrest Funeral
Home. Donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
