OBITUARY

RICHARDSON, THELMA BARNETT

Former longtime resident of Carrollton died Monday, March 3, 2008 in Greenville, SC at the age of 90 years. She was an active, faithful member of First Baptist Church Carrollton for forty-eight years. Widow of Leslie Richardson; mother of Robert Richardson and his wife, Ann; and Bonnie Richardson Smart and her husband, James; also survived by five grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be at First Baptist Church, Carrollton at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, march 15th, followed by a time of visitation with the family. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to "The Live Wire Senior Choir" of First Baptist Church, 2400 North Josey Lane Carrollton, 75006.

She was cremated in South Carolina where she lived with her daughter. She had lived in Carrollton for many years & both of her children,Robert & Bonnie went to school & graduated from here. She had been a member of the First Baptist Church for 48 years. Her husband who preceded her in death was a Dallas County Deputy Sheriff. His name was Les Richardson.
