OBITUARY

Rites Arranged For C. E. Riehn
Funeral services for Charles Edward Riehn, 75, retired Dallas cafe owner of 814 Martinique, will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at the Camp Funeral Home, 4202 Life Oak. The Rev. J. Daniel Barron and the Rev. Loren B. Staats will officiate. Burial will be in Farmers Branch Cemetery.
Born in Illinois, Riehn had lived in Dallas since 1883. Until the last few years when he retired, he was in the cafe business operating at one time near the Ford plant.
Riehn died Tuesday night at the home of a daughter after a month's illness.
He is survived by his wife, two daughters, Mrs. Ann Saunderson and Mrs. Thelma Horn, all of Dallas; two sons, Charles Riehn, Dallas, and Carl Riehn, Arlington; a sister, Mrs. Elizabeth Hale, Dallas; a stepdaughter, Mrs. Naomi Murray, Dallas; two stepsons, Jim Haywood, Oklahoma City, Okla., and Harry Haywood, Los Alamos, N.M. and four grandchildren.

Survived by wife, Mrs. Maude Riehn; two daughters, Mrs. Ann Saunderson, Mrs. Thelma Horn, both of Dallas; two sons, Charles, Dallas; Carl, Arlington; one stepdaughter, Mrs. Naomi Murray, Dallas; two stepsons, Jim Hayward, Oklahoma City; Harry Haywood, Los Alamos, N.M.; one mister, Mrs. Elizabeth Hale, Dallas, Chapel services 11 a.m. Thursday with the Rev. J. Daniel Barron and Dr. Loren B. Staats officiating; interment in Farmers Branch Cemetery. Pallbearers: J. C. Hane, Doc Watters, George Coughtry, Curley Anderson, George May, E. Minyard. Arrangements Camp Funeral Home, 4202 Live Oak, T-1443
