OBITUARY
 
Rhea Ann Rodden
August 17, 1966 - March 22, 2021

A memorial service will be held for Rhea Rodden at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 31, 2021 at Hilliard Funeral Home.
Rhea Ann Rosson Rodden was born August 17, 1966 in Killeen, Texas. She has been a resident of Van for 23 years, formerly living in Dallas. She worked as a respiratory therapist for many years. Rhea enjoyed reading and cooking, and spending time with her family. She had a laugh that would make anybody smile.
Mrs. Rodden passed away at the age of 54 on March 22, 2021 in Tyler. She was preceded in death by her father, Travis Leon Rosson; mother, Valeria Watson Marshall; and brother, Travis W. Rosson.
Survivors include her husband of 20 years, Travers Rodden of Van; two children, Tyra Rodden and Rand Rodden; and sister and brother-in-law, Kathy & David Hill.
If desired, memorials may be made to the Breast Cancer Society.

Rhea Ann Rosson Rodden, class of 1984, died peacefully early this morning. She played first chair French Horn and was the captain of the Flag Corps while at RLT. She also was a glass blower, running The Glass Gallery at Northtown Mall. Eventually she moved out to her property in Van, Texas and became a respiratory therapist. She leaves behind two beautiful children and husband, a sister and her family, and dozens of friends, all of whom still love and will miss her.
