Patrick Earl Russell, 62, passed away Wednesday, May 8, 2024 in
Decatur. He was born February 11, 1962 in Orange County,
California to Jerry L. and Barbara Ann (Thierse) Russell.
Patrick was preceded in death by his parents. His parents moved
to the Farmers Branch area when Patrick was 4 years old. He grew
up there and graduated from Newman Smith High School in 1980. He
soon met the love of his life Lana and they were married in
1982.They had 42 wonderful years together. Patrick was an auto
technician for 35 years. Patrick loved music and played drums in
the Nobody’s Fault Band for 13 years. He enjoyed working with
his hands and fireworks. Patrick loved spending time with family
and his fur babies Caly, Copper, Sparky, Lug Nut, Harley and
Sam. Patrick was a kind and loving man who will be dearly missed
by all who knew and loved him. He is survived by his wife of 42
years, Lana Russell; son, Matthew Russell; daughter, Laci
McNamee and husband Brian; sister, Terry Farmer and husband Sid;
grandchildren, Bella, Rose, Iris, Autumn, and Orion; nephews,
Jerry and Jason; great-niece, Tavia. |
