Farmers Branch, Tex. May 11. - News has just reached here that Mr. S. Sawyer, who lives three miles east of this place, was thron from his hack near Cochran Chapel and killed.

OBITUARY

INJURIES PROVED FATAL
Aged Victim of Runaway Dies at the Sanitarium

S. Sawyer, who was injured in a runaway in this city on May 11, and taken later to St. Paul's Sanitarium, died there about 9:30 o'clock last night. Deceased was 79 years of age and resided near Farmers Branch. He was the father-in-law of Dr. Harry S. Thomas of this city.
