Survived by parents, Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Sembrick, sisters, Patricia, Kristine and Lynn; brother, Richard, all of Farmers Branch; grandparents, Mr.. and Mrs. E. R. Svor, Montevideo, Minn., Oscar Sembrick, Erskin, Minn.; four uncles; two aunts. Services Thursday 3:30 p.m., King of Glory Lutheran Church 6318 Willow Lane. Pastor William Slaughter officiating. Interment Hilltop Cemetery, Carrollton. Pallbearers: Mike Brown, Steve Dalton, Davie Scott, Alan McMillen, Wayne Meyer, Dennis Bush
