OBITUARY J. C. SEWELL DIES EARLY WEDNESDAY; BURIAL THURSDAY
Johnnie Cleveland Sewell died at his home early Thursday as a result of a
heart attack.
He is survived by his wife, Sarah Sewell, seven sons, W. E. Jernigan, Dallas; R.
L. Jernigan, Hebron; L. H. Jernigan, US Army; L. W. Sewell, Dallas; J. T. Sewell
of Carrollton; three daughters, Mrs. Dorothy Long, Mildred and Navey Sewell of
Carrollton.
Funeral services were held Thursday at 2 from the Methodist church, Rev. Kindel,
pastor, officiating.
Burial was at Perry cemetery; Rhoton funeral home made arrangements.
