Susan Watson Sivert
Susan Watson Sivert, 72, died Monday, Jan. 12, 2009 in Carrollton, Texas.
She was born July 27, 1936 in Jacksonville, a daughter of Kenneth (Friday) and
Shirley I. (Jean) Reavis Watson. She married Richard Sivert in Pittsfield Dec.
27, 1963. He preceded her in death in 1993.
Susan was a 1954 graduate of Pittsfield High School. She attended Western
Illinois University and graduated from McConnell Airline School in Minneapolis,
Minn. She worked for American Airlines and later for Braniff Airlines. She was
an American Red Cross Water Safety Instructor and had been very active in the
Parent Teacher Organization of Mary Immaculate School in Carrollton.
She is survived by one daughter, Cara, of Dallas, Texas; two sister, Becky Acuff
of Pittsfield and Nancy (Mrs. Jeff) Bocher of Richfield, Wisc.; three nieces,
Rebecca (Mrs. Sean) Murphy of Kirksville, Mo., Noel (Mrs. Carl) Rajski of Niles
and Adrienne (Mrs. Liam) Cormier of Fort Polk, La.; and eight great nephews and
one great niece.
Graveside services were held Tuesday, Jan. 20, 2009 and burial was in
Hilltop Memorial Park in
Carrollton.
