Stanley, LINDA SUE - Our beloved Mother, Grandmother and dear Friend crossed over to the Lord 9:25 AM Monday, Jan. 13, 2003 at Trinity Medical Center in Carrollton, TX. Linda was born Nov. 1, 1936 in Terre Haute, IN. and was 66 at her time of crossing. She is preceded in death by her parents Raymond and Xenia Simrell, sister Janet Land and brothers Jack, Raymond Jr., Joseph and Jerry Simrell. Survivors mourning her loss are: brother Steven Simrell; four children: Michael Edward Stanley and wife Julie, Susan Ann Stanley, Jack William Stanley and wife Aleatris, David Enoch Stanley and wife Debbie; former husband of 30 yrs Jack Edward Stanley; five grandchildren: Elizabeth Nichole Stanley, David Edward Stanley, Jack Tanner Stanley, Chase Daniel Pritchard and Tyler Jordan Pritchard; sister-in-laws Marilyn Simrell, Carol Simrell and Nora Kasten; brother-in-law Gary Land; niece Kathy Ann Strain and family, nephew John Daniel Simrell and brothers plus many other nieces, nephews and dear friends. Linda dedicated her life to loving and supporting her family and friends. Visitiation begins at 12:00 noon with Memorial service at 2:00 PM on Friday Jan. 17, 2003 at Dalton & Son Funeral Home, 1150 N. Stemmons, Lewisville, TX. Final good-byes and Interment will follow at Hilltop Cemetery, 1810 N. Perry Rd, Carrollton, TX (just north of Beltline).
