OBITUARY
STRONG, Juanita Barfknecht Carson
Born November 17, 1927 in Coppell, TX and
passed away January 30, 2015 in Carrollton, TX. Preceded in death by her
parents, Wm. and Anna Barfknecht; sister, Martha Thompson; brother, Ralph
Barfknecht. Survived by daughters, Dana Hollifield, Patty Schleimer and husband,
Rick; granddaughter, Loren Schleimer; grandson, Clay Schleimer; nephew, Jerry
Thompson; and niece, Barbara Garcia. Juanita was an avid bookkeeper. Graduated
as Salutatorian of Carrollton High School, Class of 1945. She was a member of
Coppell Historical Society, the Elks Lodge #71 and St. Paul E & R UCC where a
memorial service will be held on Friday, February 6, 2015 at 12:00pm.

Obituary for Juanita Carson Strong
Born November 17, 1927 in Coppell, TX and passed away January 30, 2015 in
Carrollton, TX. Preceded in death by her parents, Wm and Anna Barfknecht;
sister, Martha Thompson; brother, Ralph Barfknecht. Survived by daughters, Dana
Hollifield, Patty Schleimer and husband, Rick; granddaughter, Loren Schleimer;
grandson, Clay Schleimer; nephew, Jerry Thompson; and niece, Barbara Garcia.
Juanita was an avid bookkeeper. Graduated as Salutatorian of Carrollton High
School, Class of 1945. She was a member of Coppell Historical Society, the Elks
Lodge #71 and St. Paul E & R UCC. The family is very thankful for all the
friends who have been in touch and supported her through out her illness. Also a
big thank you to all the care givers who have dedicated their time and skills to
keep her comfortable. A memorial service for Juanita will be at St. Paul
Evangelical & Reformed Church, UCC, 6464 E. Lovers Lane, Dallas, TX 75214 on
Friday February 6, 2015, 12:00 noon. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to
Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, TX
75243 In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Paul E&R, in her memory
