OBITUARY

Mrs. Helen Sweeney, 1819 Denton Dr., Carrollton. Survived by daughter, Mrs. Hellen Duncan, Carrollton; son, R. L. Sweeney, Pottsboro; seven grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren. Services were held at 2:30 p.m. Sunday in the Northside Baptist Church, Carrollton, with Rev. Billy R. Buckingham officiating. Interment was in Hilltop Cemetery. Pallbearers were B. J. Stigler, Preston Lawrence, Bob Venable, M. T. Bowling, R. L. Sweeney, Jr., Arvil Bowling with Snider-Young Funeral Home in Charge.

OBITUARY

Mrs. Helen Sweeney

Mrs. Helen Sweeney, who had lived in a Denton nursing home the past three years, died early Friday at the home. She previously lived in Carrollton.
Services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Sunday at the Northside Baptist Church in Carrollton, the Rev. Billy Buckingham officiating.
Burial will be in Hilltop memorial Park in Carrollton under direction of Snider-Young Funeral Home of Carrollton.
Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Helen Duncan of Carrollton, and a son, R. L. Sweeney of Pottsboro

Mrs. Helen Sweeney

CARROLLTON, Texas - Mrs. Helen Odelia Sweeney, 88, of 181 Denton Dr., a member of the Northside Baptist Church, died here Saturday.
She was born at Lewisville, Denton County, and had lived in Carrollton since 1942.
Survivors: A daughter, Helen Duncan of Carrollton; a son, R. L. Sweeney of Pottsboro, Grayson County, seven grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Sunday at Northside Baptist Church. Burial will be in Hilltop Memorial Park.
