1942 The Silver Lion Carrollton High School Carrollton, Dallas Co., Texas Senior Class "Placid"   OBITUARY Alma Louise Tarver BORGER - Alma Louise Tarver, 75, died Wednesday, March 1, 2000.    Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday in Allan Fuller Funeral Home Chapel in Wills Point with the Rev. Garland Whitmire officiating. Burial will be in White Rose Cemetery in Wills Point by Brown Funeral Directors.    A native of Farmers Branch, Mrs. Tarver attended Carrollton schools.  She was a Borger resident for 50 years. In 1987, she retired as a teller at Panhandle Bank and Trust. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Wills Point.    She married John Thomas Tarver in 1949 at Dallas.    Survivors include her husband; two sons, John Gordon Tarver of Canton  and Jeffery Allan Tarver of Lavon; three brothers, Charlie Harrison of Irving, Dutch Harrison of Carrollton and Frank Harrison of  Chattanooga, Tenn.; two sisters, Annabelle Carter of Irving and Betty Jones of Dallas; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.    The family will receive visitors from 6 until 8 p.m. today in Brown's Chapel of the Fountains and from 6 until 8 p.m. Saturday in Allan Fuller Funeral Home Chapel.    The family suggests memorials be to Baptist St. Anthony's Hospice, 800 N.
