OBITUARY

Alma Louise Tarver
BORGER - Alma Louise Tarver, 75, died Wednesday, March 1, 2000.
  
Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday in Allan Fuller Funeral Home Chapel in Wills Point with the Rev. Garland Whitmire officiating. Burial will be in White Rose Cemetery in Wills Point by Brown Funeral Directors.
  
A native of Farmers Branch, Mrs. Tarver attended Carrollton schools.  She was a Borger resident for 50 years. In 1987, she retired as a teller at Panhandle Bank and Trust. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Wills Point.
  
She married John Thomas Tarver in 1949 at Dallas.
  
Survivors include her husband; two sons, John Gordon Tarver of Canton  and Jeffery Allan Tarver of Lavon; three brothers, Charlie Harrison of Irving, Dutch Harrison of Carrollton and Frank Harrison of  Chattanooga, Tenn.; two sisters, Annabelle Carter of Irving and Betty Jones of Dallas; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
  
The family will receive visitors from 6 until 8 p.m. today in Brown's Chapel of the Fountains and from 6 until 8 p.m. Saturday in Allan Fuller Funeral Home Chapel.
  
The family suggests memorials be to Baptist St. Anthony's Hospice, 800 N. Sumner, P.O. Box 2795, Pampa, TX 79065.

Alma Tarver

CANTON - Services for Alma Louise Tarver, 75, Borger, mother of a Canton resident, are scheduled for 2 p.m. Sunday at Allan Fuller Funeral Home, Wills Point, with the Rev. Garland Whitmire officiating.
Burial will be in White Rose Cemetery, Wills Point.
Mrs. Tarver died March 1 at her residence.
She was born Dec. 11, 1924, in Farmers Branch and attended Carrollton schools. She was a teller at Panhandle Bank & Trust for 30 years, retiring in 1987. She lived in Borger for 50 years and was a member of First Baptist Church, Wills Point.
Survivors include her husband, John Tarver, Borger; sons, John Gordon Tarver, Canton, and Jeffery Allan Tarver, Lavon; brothers, Charlie Harrison, Irving, Dutch Harrison, Carrollton and Frank Harrison, Chattanoogs, Tenn.; sisters, Annabelle Carter, Irving, and Betty Lones, Dallas; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Saturday at funeral home.
