THOMPSON, JAMES W. (Jay) Forever young, Jay passed peacefully on Dec. 31, 2004. Survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Natalie; 4 sons, Steve, Jeff, Brian and John; 1 daughter, Eileen; 12 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, January 4, 2005 at 10:00 am at Hilltop Memorial Park. Visitation will be on Monday, January 3, 2005 from 6-8pm at Metrocrest Funeral Home.
