OBITUARY

Henry Hershel Tracy Jr. was born on January 25, 1931, in Dallas, Texas. He passed away on November 30, 2020 in Dallas, Texas.

Hershel graduated from Crozier Tech High School at age 17, where he was a member of the National Honor Society. After graduation he later served in the Army at Fort Hood in Killeen, Texas. In the Army he learned the aviation business, which started his career. He worked for Southwest Airmotive Co., where many other family members were employed and later owned Dallas Aero Service in Plano, Texas. He had a deep love for his family, friends, pets, music, cars, and his Texas sports teams; The Dallas Cowboys, Dallas Mavericks, and the Texas Rangers! Hershel was a wonderful person who will be missed by all who knew him. He left a legacy of love.

Hershel Tracy is preceded in death by his Wife of 62 years, Margaret Tracy; his parents, Thursey Tracy and Henry Hershel Tracy Sr.; as well as his nine Brothers and Sisters.

Hershel is survived by his children Hank Tracy; Susan Harris and her Husband, Steve; Grandchildren Ryan Harris and his Wife, Jennifer; Sean Harris and his Wife, Annie and Great Granddaughter, Maggie Mae; Henry Tracy and his Fiancé, Ally Burns; Zachary Tracy; Megan Beard and her Husband, Kyle. He is also survived by numerous Nieces and Nephews.
