OBITUARY

John Tucker
A graveside service for John W. Tucker, 94, a longtime resident of Hebron and Lewisville, was held Jan. 17, 2015, at Furneaux Cemetery in Carrollton.
Tucker was born Nov. 26, 1920, in Hebron, to Bernice (Smothermon) and John Wesley Tucker, Sr., and died Jan. 13, 2015, in Tyler.
He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Helen, and daughter Anita Buttram.
Survivors include his son, John Edd Tucker; daughter Sue Stewart; four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

OBITUARY

John W. Tucker, age 94, a longtime resident of Hebron and Lewisville, passed away Tuesday, January 13, 2015, in Tyler.
He was born November 26, 1920 in Hebron, Texas to John Wesley Tucker, Sr. and Bernice Smothermon Tucker. John served in the United States Navy during World War II. He married Helen Watson who preceded him in death.  John is survived by his son, John Edd Tucker; daughter, Sue Stewart; four grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by one daughter, Anita Buttram.
