OBITUARY Final Rites
Held For Mrs. Upchurch
Services were held Sunday for Mrs. Bessie Upchurch in the Chapel of the
Rhoton Funeral Home with the Rev. Christian officiating. Mrs. Upchurch, age 53,
passing away in a Dallas hospital Saturday morning.
She is survived by her husband, Mr. T. B. Upchurch; one daughter, Mrs. Olie Long
of Farmers Branch, three sons; Leonard Upchurch, of Farmers Branch, Joseph
Upchurch of Fort Worth, and George Upchurch, who is in the US Army; 9
grandchildren and her mother. Mrs. W. M. Walker of Farmers Branch.
Mrs. Upchurch was born in Texas on January 25, 1893 and was a member of the
Seenth Day Advent Church.
Burial was at the Perry Cemetery with Rhoton Funeral Home in charge of
arrangements
