Carrollton Flier Killed in Crash

Pfc. Nathan B. Vaden, son of Mrs. Bettie W. Vaden, Carrollton, was among three killed in the crash of two B-26 planes from the harlingen Army Airfield late Monday, the Associated Press reported.
Six were reported missing.
The planes apparently collided at high altitude and crashed near the mouth of the Rio Grande, the Associated Press said.
