NOTES Elizabeth Bingham received word from Glen's wife, Judy, that Glen Wade hass passed from this earth.  It was very swift, merciful and peaceful. He had been ill with several things and fought the good fight.  Glen requested his body to be donated to UTSW School of Medicine. 2/10/2022
