COPPELL NEWS
Mr. and Mrs. J. D. Warren and family honored their son, Pfc. James M. Warren
with a turkey dinner at their home Friday night. Warren, who spent a 5-day
furlough with his parents the past week, left Saturday for Camp Pendleton,
Calif.

OBITUARY
JAMES WARREN
Truck DriverJames Warren, a retired truck driver, died Friday
at a Fort Worth hospital, He was 55.
Funeral will be at 10 a.m. at Bluebonnet Hills Funeral Home. Burial will
be in Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park.
Mr. Warren was born in Coppell and moved to Fort Worth in 1970 from
Roanoke.
He served in the Marines during the Korean War.
Mr. Warren was a truck driver for Par Gas for 10 years during the 1970s
and Tex and Chuck Butane for seven years until he retired in March.
He was a member of Northpark Baptist church of North Richland Hills.
Survivors: Wife, Leona Hodges Warren of Fort Worth; two sons, Lewis
Buckner of Grapevine, and Doug Warren of Fort Worth; one daughter,
Sharon Buzan of Lewisville; two brothers, John Warren of Carrollton, and
Jerry Warren of Lewisville; one sister, Rita Kent of Roanoke; and six
grandchildren.
