Austin. Chuck graduated from R. L. Turner High School in 1979 and from
Southwest Texas State in 1994 with a degree in Biology and a minor in

Chuck was proud to work as an Urban Forestry Inspector for

life-long friends who were important parts of his life.

Great Dane and walking buddy. Chuck's father, Donald J. Webb (who
preceded him in death), instilled in him the qualities of a good and
loving man.
